Discovering A Worm

This is my entry for the GB Pixel Art Jam 2023. The image is my attempt at a pixel background that meets GB parameters. 

Jam Theme: An Awesome Discovery

Image Parameters

• 160 x 144 pixels in dimension (the size of a Game Boy screen)

• 4 colors, using the GB Studio Palette

• A maximum of 192 unique 8x8 pixel tiles

• PNG format.

I believe I followed these parameters. Discovering a friendly worm is pretty awesome. I used Piskel to create the image and I uploaded it to GBStudio to check the size and tile use.

This was a fun jam and it has me wanting to make more Gameboy inspired pieces in the future.
